If you receive a faulty or damaged model  Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will confirm how the item will be returned. Once the item has been returned you will be refunded the postage and a replacement item will be sent out or a ful refund issued.  All other returns are done so at the customers charge, Once we get the parcel and verify the condition you will be refunded the full cost of the item. .
